PLEXIGLAS SHEET
Printing on the back of a 0.5 cm thick Plexiglas sheet gives the image a very high transparency, high weather resistance, durability, elegance and originality. The colors will be bright and clean, enhanced by the transparency of the material.
- The artist's intent is to communicate emotions. Also through the choice of a dominant color, acid, excessive, sometimes surrounded by total light, white and the darkness of black. Fragments of stories from the world of dreamlike dreams, in which it is difficult to distinguish between illusion and reality. Refined, mysterious images immersed in surreal atmospheres, the result of an elaborate mix of set design and painting.

We are faced with digital elaborations of an expressive force that exceeds mere visuality, because certain undulating lines, which are proposed in a bright space but dense shadows, give the impression that the works resonate with the "musical language" of a restless soul. The use of symbols such as the woman, the tower, and advertising signs also demonstrate the artist's desire to create communicative and existential motifs. The use of a pronounced and sensual sign, of a chromatics of decisive and sometimes fragmentary contrasts, reveal, in particular, the inner feminine dimension, depicted in a universal condition, in a cosmic space, sometimes fiery, that evokes its intimistic torment. Ezio Ranaldi's images have lines of escape, but rather than a sense of freedom they invite the viewer to peer within.
